theatre.unmasked's MillSpace is a carpeted, large, kitchenette equipped space approx. 1800sq ft in size.

It is available for use for the following:

- band rehearsal (after 8pm)
- theatre rehearsal/performance
- corporate functions and meetings
- conferences, workshops and classes
- art exhibits
- live readings, poetry events, presentations

Features of the space include:
- large open space with high ceilings and natural light, fully carpeted
- 2 entrance/exits and emergency lighting
- kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and sink
- up to 55 chairs available for hire with space
- plenty of power outlets for technical requirements
- 5th floor location means privacy for functions, classes and rehearsals
- bathrooms located on the 4th floor
- wheelchair accessible
- 2 black end walls

Rates for use of space vary depending on your specific usage, contact for details.
Security deposit required at the time of hire.
Companies/individuals must have their own insurance when using the space.
